They are not a substitute for a professional home inspection, engineering assessment, contractor evaluation, or legal advice.

Payments are processed through Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. We do not offer refunds for AI-generated reports after delivery.

You retain ownership of your input data. We (or our licensors) own the AI models and platform. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the generated reports for personal purposes only. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the outputs without our written permission.
